Bethany Massenburg-Jackson

Bethany Massenburg-Jackson(she/her/hers) is a senior electrical engineering Major and economics Minor from Maryland. She serves as the Co-Overall for the 45th and 46th annual African American Heritage Festival. Other campus involvements include the Morrill Scholars Program (Prominence Scholar), JP Morgan Chase Scholar, and Honda Dreams Scholar. In addition to her role on the committee, she serves as secretary for the National Society of Black Engineers. She dedicates her free time to community service, advocacy, and mentorship. Through her leadership roles, she strives to develop a sense of community amongst black students on campus. She loved seeing the campus community come together to celebrate black culture during the festival and the legacy that it stands for.
