Interested in joining the African American Heritage Festival?
Joining the African American Heritage Festival is an exciting opportunity to assist in planning one of Ohio State's signature events that celebrate the accomplishments and contributions that people of the African diaspora continue to curate daily.
The AAHF co-overall application will open on Monday, February 27, 2023.
The AAHF committee application will open on Monday, March 6, 2023
Co-overall applications will be due on Friday, March 31, 2023.

All applications must include a resume and advising report.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Full-time undergraduate students at The Ohio State University
- Maintain a 2.50 cumulative GPA

Once you complete the application interview process and are offered a position on the committee, you must attend the following events. Please save these dates.
AAHF New Committee Orientation: April 17, 2023 at 6 pm in the CBSC Alonso Room
3 Summer Programming Meetings (One per month - May, June, July)
Weekly Committee Meetings: Monday's from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Retreat: This date will be shared if you are accepted into the committee
All Heritage Festival Events: Includes fest week and our annual Homecoming Tailgate (October 7, 2023
Absence from any of these events/meetings is subject to removal from the committee.
